Rompers Aren't Just for Kids!

I’m a BIG fan of rompers!  The romper began in the 1930s as a fashion trend for women.  However, it was solely made for the beach during that time period.  Today, the romper has been metamorphosed into sophisticated and stylish streetwear.

They are considered to be the same thing as a one-piece short suit or onesie and are presented sleeveless or with short sleeves; most of the time they come with a belt or drawstring.  Rompers are continuing to gain popularity, so go out and invest in one if you haven’t already done so!

The only drawback to the romper would be when you have to come out of one when going to the restroom.  This can be a little unnerving at times, so try not to wait too long to go!  LOL
Mint Message:
When the little black dress becomes stale, try wearing a black, dressy romper instead.  Throw on a pair of heels and stacked jewels or chunky accessories to make your look complete.
During the fall or winter, wear sweater tights, a short or long sleeved turtle neck and knee high boots like I have on to create a chic daywear look.  Funky flats or ankle boots are other great shoe alternatives. During the spring or summer, wear fashion forward flats, pumps or thong sandals to up your "fierceness" during those seasons.

The turquoise, leopard romper that I have on was purchased at H&M.  I love that store because it offers stylish garments at an affordable price.  I challenge you to go out and get ROMPERLICIOUS!  :)
